Pastor Bob was raised in an agricultural community in Arizona prior to attending Northern Arizona University, where he graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration. He was commissioned as 2nd Lieutenant in the U.S. Air Force where he served as a finance officer for seven years. He separated from the Air Force after his deployment to Desert Storm, and began working as a Financial Advisor. After 28 years, he continues to serve his clients and the Body of Christ as a Financial Advisor. During his transition from the Air Force to civilian life, Jesus captured his heart. Today, he serves Jesus joyfully as the Executive Pastor of Impact Church of Northern Virginia. He is married to Lisa and they share five adult children. They enjoy the beach, lake and any time they spend together. Bob enjoys most outdoor activities to include motorcycle riding, snow/water skiing, hunting, hiking and camping. He and his family are passionate about following Jesus and sharing the hope that resides in us!
David serves as a Pastoral Intern at Impact Church while he nears completion of his seminary degree at Liberty University. After working as an automotive engineer at Ford and Nissan for a total of 14 years, God opened his eyes to the reality that there is a need for those to go and be salt and light within the military and, therefore, is pursuing a call to become a chaplain in the U.S. Army. As part of this call, David and his family were led to move to Northern Virginia where David is now employed as a Personnel Readiness Analyst at the National Guard Bureau. David previously served in the Michigan National Guard for 11 years and holds Master’s Degrees in both Engineering and Business. David and his wife, Katrina, were both born and raised in Michigan, have three sons, and enjoy camping, hiking, biking, and canoeing together.

Andy is the grass that withers and the flower that fades, here today and gone tomorrow, a vapor that vanishes. He delights in weaknesses, insults, hardships, persecutions, and difficulties. His flesh and heart fail, but God is his portion forever. Although shy, connecting people to Christ as they come to the church is his joy.
