He is pursuing a DMin at Southeastern, serves on the SBC and SBCV Boards, and is the author of A Letter to the Korean American Church and producer of Prodigal Korea. • Pastor Bob was raised in an agricultural community in Arizona prior to attending Northern Arizona University, where he graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration. He was commissioned as 2nd Lieutenant in the U.S. Air Force where he served as a finance officer for seven years. He separated from the Air Force after his deployment to Desert Storm, and began working as a Financial Advisor. After 28 years, he continues to serve his clients and the Body of Christ as a Financial Advisor. During his transition from the Air Force to civilian life, Jesus captured his heart. Bob has been walking with Him faithfully since 1991. Following the Lord’s calling, Bob completed graduate studies at Liberty Theological Seminary in May, 2016, and was ordained in his local church. Today, he serves Jesus joyfully as the Executive Pastor of Impact Church of Northern Virginia. He is married to Lisa and they share five adult children. They enjoy the beach, lake and any time they spend together. Bob enjoys most outdoor activities to include motorcycle riding, snow/water skiing, hunting, hiking and camping. He and his family are passionate about following Jesus and sharing the hope that resides in us!

  • Raised in the Hampton Roads area, Ashley relocated to Northern Virginia in late summer 2015 for a job as a family law paralegal. She was introduced to Impact Church through a friend and immediately found a church home. Her job in the secular world has provided her the opportunity to share the love of Jesus to people in some of the hardest valleys of life.

Throughout the years, Ashley has had a desire to see the women of Impact Church and surrounding communities be connected—with Jesus and with each other. Connection with Jesus comes through reading His Word, praying, and being in community with other believers. She enjoys teaching Scripture to others and learning more about Jesus daily.

In her free time, Ashley enjoys reading, journaling, and weightlifting, but please - no cardio!

  • Impact Church Praise team leaders don't just do worship on Sunday, they wonderfully disciple our church into what worship is all about!

  • Natalie was born and raised in Greenville, South Carolina. While attending a Christian school and church throughout her youth, she was introduced to many missionaries and their work around the world. She loved learning about different cultures and people that God created. In addition to her interest in the world around her, Natalie loves kids! She taught elementary school in SC for 8 years before moving to the NOVA area. While in Virginia, she has worked a variety of jobs - all involving kids.

Natalie became a part of Impact Church in 2018, and it has truly become her family. They helped her through some difficult times before God led her to the mission field in Kenya. She spent time living in southwest Kenya from 2021-2022. Upon her return to the states, Natalie's heart and passion for local and international missions has remained steadfast. As the Global Outreach team leader, she is able to connect with and share about the various ministries and service opportunities that Impact is a part of here in NOVA and around the world.

In her free time, Natalie enjoys traveling, running and exercising, watching Clemson football, and hanging with her friends.

  • Rachel grew up in North Carolina and moved to Northern Virginia in 2016 for her career in Tech supporting the Department of Defense. She met her husband Troy in 2020 and started attending Impact church together through Pastor Terry’s introduction, and they now serve together on the praise team! She is an avid lover of coffee and good food so she decided to serve on the hospitality team to provide the Impact members and guests with refreshments and help everyone feel welcome and energized. On most days you can find Rachel hanging out with the fur babies, LJ, Luna, and Mowgli at home or shopping and trying out new food spots around DC
